The Role
The eLearning Developer supports the design, development and maintenance of high-quality digital learning products for ACECQA. Working closely with Senior Instructional Designers, subject matter experts and internal stakeholders, the role turns learning designs and complex content into engaging, accessible and technically reliable eLearning experiences.
The role also provides technical support for learning content within ACECQA's Learning Management System and contributes to the continuous improvement of digital learning tools and practices.
This role is full time and fixed term up to 12 months at ACECQA Band 4 ($91,867- $102,446) .

About You
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Demonstrated advanced skills in Articulate 360, including Rise and Storyline, with experience developing high-quality eLearning products.
- Demonstrated experience translating learning designs, storyboards and source content into engaging and effective digital learning experiences.
- Strong understanding of digital accessibility, usability and quality assurance, including the practical application of WCAG requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with instructional designers, subject matter experts and other stakeholders to deliver projects within agreed timeframes.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to test, troubleshoot and resolve issues across digital learning products and platforms.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage several work priorities with limited supervision.
While not essential, the following attributes will greatly assist you in the role:
- Experience creating graphics, visual assets, learning materials and desktop-published documents using Adobe Creative Cloud,
particularly InDesign, as well as Canva or similar tools.
- Experience with animation, video or screen-recording tools such as Vyond, Camtasia or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Experience working with SCORM content and troubleshooting eLearning within an LMS.
- Experience developing learning products for government, regulatory, education or other complex subject areas.
