BFT Prahran is seeking an experienced Studio Manager to lead our Prahran studio and guide day-to-day operations, growth and member experience. You’ll be the face of the studio, working with the Head Coach and owners to set the standard for service, culture and community engagement.

In this hands-on role you’ll welcome members, drive retention, manage the coaching team, and organise events while maintaining high standards across presentation and operations.
