2027 Grad Program Salary Package
Base salary: $80,000.00
Superannuation: $9,600.00
PD allowance: up to $3,000.00
Total package: $92,600.00

Highlights of the Grad Program:

- Clinic-based role - work alongside a multi-disciplinary team of experienced practitioners, not out of the boot of your car on your own
- Comprehensive induction - a 2-week comprehensive induction period and ongoing training and development
- Manageable caseload - A slow 4 month build-up in caseload, with ongoing support from highly experienced Senior OTs working right alongside you
- Frequent supervision - weekly 1:1 internal supervision for first 6 months, then fortnightly. Peer supervision, you'll never feel left on your own and will be well supported
- Professional Development - monthly in-service professional development from highly experienced seniors

- Paid ParentalLeave - up to 12 weeks additional paid parental leave to support parent'ssuccess both at work and at home

- More PD - $3,000 budget and regular in-service PD from senior practitioners

- Registration as a Speech Pathologist with SPA or eligibility to obtain
- Degree in Speech Pathology.
- Police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain these before commencing work).
