Cleanaway, Australia’s leading waste management company, is seeking a motivated MRF Leading Hand to join the operations team. Reporting to the MRF Supervisor, you will oversee daily processing, provide direction to staff and ensure safe, compliant operations in a fast-paced recycling setting.

You will lead front-line workers, monitor productivity, conduct pre-start inspections, train team members, and support maintenance while upholding high safety and housekeeping standards.
