Padua College on the Mornington Peninsula is seeking a Director of Educational Initiatives - POL 4 for a 3-year appointed leadership role with an ongoing teaching appointment. The Director leads development, implementation and evaluation of school-wide educational initiatives and aligns them with the College’s strategic plans and instructional model.

The role drives curriculum excellence, skilled learning, and evidence-based practice across multiple campuses, reporting to the Vice Principal
