Carinity Education – Gladstone is seeking a passionate Senior Youth Worker – Student Wellbeing to lead our Youth Worker team and deliver trauma‑informed, strengths‑based support for young people.
You will oversee student wellbeing casework, coach staff, respond to complex behaviours, and build robust connections with students, families and community services to ensure coordinated support and positive educational outcomes.
