Melaleuka Farm Hospitality seeks an Assistant Precinct Manager to lead a five-venue, 200-solid team at the C.Y. O’Connor Precinct in Piara Waters. You will mentor staff, drive training, maintain high service standards and ensure RSA/WHS compliance while balancing labour costs and guest experience.
You’ll report to the Precinct Manager, manage rostering, inventory, and performance, and champion a culture of accountability and excellence across all venues.
