Barwon Health is seeking a Youth Mental Health Clinician for the Youth Continuing Care Service in Geelong to support young people aged 12–25 with moderate to severe mental health and AOD challenges. You will deliver evidence-based care within a multidisciplinary team, including assessment, outreach, treatment and ongoing care coordination across the region.
The role operates on a rotating 7‑day roster with day, evening and weekend shifts and offers permanent part time arrangements, 5 weeks
