The Workshop Supervisor at KOR Equipment Solutions will provide daily leadership to Technicians and non-trades teams in vehicle pre-delivery, manufacturing, servicing, support, and breakdown management. Occasional time on the tools may be required to troubleshoot in office issues.
You will mentor and train staff, resolve technical and scheduling issues through collaboration with stakeholders, ensure safety compliance, and maintain accurate service records to billable standards.
