Grow your clinical expertise in a role that values independent decision-making and career progression over paperwork.
We know the drill. Most community roles promise autonomy but then bury you in complex software, mandatory check-ins, and endless paperwork that keeps you away from your clients.
At LiveWise Health, we do things differently because we’re actually physios ourselves. We’ve stripped away the micromanagement and the rigid corporate systems. Our goal is simple: we provide the support you need to do your job with a focus on clinical education, then we get out of your way so you can focus on re-ablement and clinical outcomes.
LiveWise Health provides community services through the Support at Home (SAH) program predominantly, alongside private and NDIS services. We are a sustainably growing company with desire for experienced clinicians who want to take on mixed clinical and additional roles.
What you’ll need:
- Experience working in the sector is highly preferred, some experience as a physiotherapist is mandatory.

- Currently residing in Melbourne.
- Driver's license and car essential
- Professional Indemnity insurance.
- Valid national police check.
