We are seeking Registered nurses to join S. Antonio Da Padova Village at 7 North Road Ryde NSW.

- You will manage the provision of the daily care needs for residents while supporting the team around you.
- You will be responsible for providing comprehensive and accurate nursing assessments,
- Engage in nursing practices that enhance the dignity and integrity of all residents, fostering independence
- Overall management of medications.
- You will liaise with doctors, Allied Health professionals, and family members in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of individual resident care.
- You will supervise and coordinate with care workers, enrolled nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Providing information about residents to their family members, updating their family members on their treatment and care.
- Overall responsibility for the nursing care of the resident.
- You will be responsible for Medications, Providing interventions, and treatments to residents.





To be successful in the role the suitable applicant must be/have:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Qualified Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- One year or more Aged Care Experience.
- Demonstrate solid leadership skills and the ability to delegate and prioritise workload
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience providing clinical resident-centred care.
- Knowledge and understanding of, and compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Understanding of the Aged Care legislative framework and requirements, including best practise clinical nursing standards, and experience with AN ACC funding.
- Excellent computer and documentation skills
- Empathy and an emphasis on treating others with dignity and respect
