What your day could look likeAs a Clinical Nurse within CYMHS, you'll help children, young people and families access timely, compassionate mental health care close to home. From delivering specialised interventions to working alongside community partners, you'll contribute to positive outcomes while supporting wellbeing across regional communities.Every day, you'll contribute by:Delivering evidence-informed assessment, care planning and therapeutic support that helps young people achieve improved mental health outcomes.Building trusted partnerships with families, carers, schools and service providers to create coordinated and person-centred care.Providing clinical leadership, mentoring and guidance that strengthens team capability and quality care delivery.Driving continuous improvement through safe practice, quality initiatives and effective use of clinical information systems.Let's Talk About YouYou're a compassionate and capable clinician who brings confidence, curiosity and sound judgement to your work. You'll take pride in supporting recovery, strengthening community connections and making a genuine difference where it matters most.Here's what will help you thrive in this role:Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.Experience in child, youth or mental health service delivery, including assessment, care coordination and case management.Strong communication, collaboration and relationship-building skills across multidisciplinary and community settings.Ability to apply clinical reasoning, manage risk and deliver safe, high-quality care in complex situations.You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate qualifications in mental health nursing and/or a recognised mental health nursing credential.Most importantly, you'll bring Compassion,
