BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Home Care team in the Northern Suburbs—Brunswick, Coburg and Fawkner. You will deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions to help older Australians maintain independence at home.
You will work in a supportive, multidisciplinary team with emphasis on reablement, client-centered care, and ongoing career development. A degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration are required.
