voco Melbourne Central in Melbourne CBD is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Team Leader (Bar) to lead the bar and craft exceptional drinks. You’ll supervise shifts, mentor staff and collaborate with the restaurant and hotel teams to deliver a memorable guest experience.

Ideal candidates have bartending experience, a passion for mixology, and RSA certification. This full time role operates on a Tuesday–Saturday roster in a vibrant city location.
