The Victorian Aboriginal Child and Community Agency (VACCA) is seeking a Community Elder/Older to work with residential carers, embedding culture into daily life and aligning with Gamadji Balit principles. You will support staff, young people and families while strengthening community connections in the homes.

Solid intercultural communication, mentoring abilities and a commitment to Aboriginal leadership are essential.
