Transition Your Skills | National Industry Leader | Be a Name, Not a Number

Are you an experienced service technician who loves machinery, electrical diagnostics, and preventative maintenance, but feels like just another employee number in a massive, faceless corporate machine? Are you ready to bring your skills to a high-growth, premium industry where your effort is noticed and your technical ability is genuinely rewarded?

Welcome to Easy Living Home Elevators .

Whether you are already an experienced Lift Tech looking for a better culture, or a skilled technician looking to transition from the Cranes, Hoists, or Conveyor systems industries , we want to hear from you!

Who We Are: A Serious Industry Player

Let’s cut through the noise—we aren't a "fly-by-night" outfit. We have been dominating and shaping our sector of the lift industry for almost 28 years .

- National Footprint: With world-class showrooms and offices spanning across Australia, we manage a massive, premium portfolio of equipment.

- The Envy of the Industry: Our specialized product range is unmatched in quality, engineering, and design. Our competitors don’t just watch us; they try to keep up with us.

- The Culture: We operate at the elite tier of the industry, but we maintain a culture where you are a valued individual, a respected specialist, and a name, not a number.

The Opportunity: Broaden Your Horizon

As a Lift Service Technician , you will be responsible for keeping our premium equipment running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

If you come from cranes, hoists, or materials handling/conveyor systems , your skills in mechanical systems, electrical fault-finding, and safety-critical maintenance are highly transferable. We will provide top-tier,

specialized training to help you cross-skill into the lucrative and stable lift industry.

What you’ll be doing:

- Carrying out routine preventative maintenance, servicing, and minor repairs on our premium lift range.

- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults to ensure minimal downtime for our clients.

- Providing exceptional customer service and representing a premium national brand on-site.

- Maintaining accurate service records and safety documentation.

What’s in It for You?

- Top-Tier Compensation: Highly competitive base salary, fully maintained company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, and uniform.

- Unmatched Stability: Nearly three decades of continuous business growth means your job security is rock-solid.

- Full Industry Cross-Training: If you are coming from cranes, hoists, or conveyors, we will fully back you and teach you the specific technical ins and outs of the lift industry.

- A Supportive Team: Work in a structured, professional service department that listens to its field staff and values work-life balance.

What You Bring to the Team

We can teach you the specifics of our lifts, but you need to bring the mechanical aptitude and the right attitude. We are looking for:

- Experience as a Service/Maintenance Technician in Lifts, Cranes, Hoists, or Conveyor/Materials Handling systems .

- Robust mechanical aptitude combined with solid electrical fault-finding skills.

- Relevant trade qualifications (Electrical or Mechanical/Fitter) are highly regarded.

- A strong commitment to safety and a high standard of workmanship.

- A valid Australian driver’s license and excellent communication skills.

Ready to Make a Move?

If you have the technical foundation and you're ready to build a long-term, respected career with a stable national industry leader, we want to talk to you.
