Central Highlands Rural Health Service is seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) for the Daylesford Acute Ward. This permanent part time or fixed-term role supports the Nurse Unit Manager with clinical leadership, patient flow, and high-quality care in a small rural health service.

You will lead nursing staff, coordinate shifts, mentor staff, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to maintain safety, quality, and person-centred care.
