Brisbane North, South, East and West, Ipswich and the Gold Coast.

What you'll be doing

- Leading and managing your own 2-person crew
- Delivering high-quality landscape maintenance across commercial sites
- Mowing, hedging, pruning, weed control and general horticultural work
- Basic irrigation diagnostics, repairs and maintenance
- Managing your daily schedule, job completion and site standards
- Operating company vehicles and equipment safely and professionally
- Communicating with clients and management, and reporting works through our company systems
- Spotting issues early and sorting out solutions

What you'll bring

- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A high standard of personal presentation and accountability




- The ability to work autonomously and lead a team
- Willingness to obtain your ACDC Licence and First Aid certificate

Nice to have

- 12 months or more in a leadership or leading hand role
- White Card
- Certificate in Horticulture

This role is perfect if you're looking to build a long-term career in landscaping with clear progression opportunities. No green thumb required, just a great attitude!

What you'll be doing

- Working as part of a 2-person crew
- Assisting with all aspects of landscape maintenance
- Learning mowing, hedging, pruning and weed control techniques
- Supporting irrigation maintenance and general site tasks
- Keeping every site looking its best
- Working together to meet timelines and expectations

What you'll bring

- A strong work ethic and reliability
- A willingness to learn and take direction
- Qualified presentation
- Your own reliable transport (required)

- White Card
- First Aid certificate
