Project Coordinator - Utilities, Spine Corridor & External Pipe Rack

The Prospect
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the delivery of a major pharmaceutical infrastructure project in Singapore.
Working as part of the Facility & Infrastructure team, you will coordinate engineering, construction, commissioning and stakeholder activities across critical utility and infrastructure packages. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex capital projects involving utility systems, wastewater treatment facilities, central utility buildings, external pipe racks and site-wide infrastructure.
You will work closely with EPCM contractors, project stakeholders, operations teams, contractors and suppliers to help ensure project objectives relating to safety, quality, schedule and compliance are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate construction and infrastructure activities across assigned project packages
- Monitor engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning progress
- Support contractor, supplier and stakeholder coordination activities
- Manage project interfaces between multiple contractors and workstreams
- Track project actions, risks, milestones and recovery plans
- Coordinate project meetings, issue minutes and monitor action closure
- Support authority inspections, permits and regulatory compliance activities
- Assist with project reporting, dashboards and progress updates
- Coordinate testing, commissioning and turnover activities
- Escalate issues impacting safety, quality, schedule or project delivery
About You
To be successful in this position, you will possess:
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline
- Experience working on construction, infrastructure, utilities or industrial projects
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Experience coordinating contractors, project teams and site activities
- Ability to track schedules, actions, risks and project deliverables
- Experience preparing project reports, dashboards and meeting documentation
- Understanding of construction execution, commissioning and project turnover
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced project environment
Highly Desirable Experience
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following will be highly regarded:
- Pharmaceutical or life sciences projects
- Utilities and infrastructure projects
- Wastewater treatment plants (WWTP)
- Central Utility Buildings (CUB)
- Process facilities and industrial manufacturing projects
- EPCM project delivery environments
- Authority and regulatory coordination
- Commissioning and operational readiness activities
