Bunnings Warehouse is seeking a Department Manager to oversee daily operations, sales and high-volume stock within a specialist area. You’ll lead a 20+ strong team, work closely with Service, Inside the Home, Builders and Lifestyles & Garden departments, and report to the Operations Manager and Complex Manager to deliver Best Experience.
You will monitor customer service, collaborate with Merchandising, Store Leadership and Health and Safety teams, and build solid supplier relationships.
