We’re looking for an experienced Motor Vehicle Buyer to join our high-performing team! This is your chance to step into a secure, permanent role based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. Phone, laptop and car allowance included.

This role would suit someone who has experience as a Motor Vehicle Buyer in a dealership.

- Buy and source quality vehicles from a variety of channels
- Inspect and value vehicles with confidence and accuracy
- Build strong customer and industry relationships
- Generate recent business opportunities and grow your network
- Make commercial buying decisions that drive profitability
- Work closely with the wider team to deliver outstanding customer outcomes

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for someone who brings:

- Proven experience buying and valuing motor vehicles, with a strong track record of commercial results
- A well-established network across dealers, wholesalers, fleet, rental or automotive industry contacts
- Strong knowledge of vehicle condition, including paint and panel, interiors and mechanical components
- Excellent relationship-building skills and a genuine passion for customer service
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging customers both face-to-face and over the phone
- Experience using CRM systems to manage customer relationships and generate new business opportunities
