Occupational Therapist – Adult | Neuro & NDIS | North Melbourne or Malvern

I’m working with a well-established not-for-profit organisation with a strong reputation for looking after its clinicians. They offer genuine autonomy, strong clinical support and a manageable community caseload.

They are currently looking for OTs across North Melbourne and Malvern , with both locations offering a mix of neuro and NDIS-based adult work .

The Role

You’ll work with an adult caseload across the community, supporting clients with neurological and disability-related presentations.

The role will include home and community visits, functional assessments, equipment prescription, home modifications and supporting clients to improve their independence and quality of life.

There is a strong neurological component, including clients living with MS, alongside NDIS participants and a broader range of adult disability presentations.





You’ll have plenty of autonomy in managing your day, with experienced clinicians available for support and mentorship when needed

What’s on Offer

$85,000-$100,000 + Super , plus salary packaging through the not-for-profit structure, providing additional tax benefits.

You’ll also receive a car allowance , along with a structured induction, ongoing professional development and access to senior clinical support.

The community caseload is kept within a manageable radius, so you won’t spend your entire day driving across Melbourne.
