As a Commonwealth Prac Payments officer, you will:
- Provide clear advice and guidance on Commonwealth Prac Payment eligibility and processes.
- Analyse information and communicate it effectively to support sound decision-making.
- Organise and prioritise work to successfully manage competing demands.
- Develop collaborative stakeholder relationships and contribute positively to team outcomes.
- Use sound judgement to resolve issues and improve processes and practices while delivering against service and funding requirements.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- Relevant tertiary qualification with appropriate experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in providing advice and support, with robust communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply procedures, guidelines and requirements accurately and consistently.
- Robust organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate activities, prioritise workloads and manage competing demands.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills,
with the ability to identify opportunities and contribute to process and service improvements.
