Plena Healthcare is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our Residential Aged Care team in Outer East. You will assess and treat clients across acute and chronic conditions, prioritising mobility, independence and secure mobility strategies.

You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised therapy programs. We value client-focused care, ongoing professional development, and flexible opportunities across RAC and Community settings.
