The role turns enquiries into scheduled, quoted, completed and invoiced jobs across SANY product lines, and coordinates pre-delivery so machines are ready for handover on the agreed date.
The Service Advisor manages each job from intake to final invoice, captures machine and fault details, prepares quotes, keeps customers informed and submits warranty claims to SANY.
