Chinese Speaking Business Development Manager

We are currently seeking a driven and motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, business development, and building long-term professional relationships. You will play a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting business growth and delivering outstanding service to both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

- Assist the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement of high-calibre candidates
- Write compelling and engaging job advertisements to attract top talent
- Conduct candidate interviews, reference checks, and manage offer negotiations
- Manage the onboarding and contract process end-to-end
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through business development activities
- Provide administrative support to the team and assist with recruitment operations
- Coordinate meetings, interviews, networking events, and client appointments
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment processes

About you

- Minimum 1 year of related work experience
- Previous experience in Recruitment, Relationship Management, Sales, HR or Customer Service is highly regarded




- Solid communication skills in both English and Chinese is preferred but not essential
- Highly driven, hardworking, and results-oriented
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional service
- Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
- Candidates with prior exposure or industry knowledge in Real Estate Agencies, Property Development, Construction, Mortgage, or Accounting will be highly regarded
