The City of Ryde invites applications for a Duty Manager at the Ryde Aquatic Leisure Centre. You will lead the daily operation, supervise pool staff, manage incidents and ensure safety, compliance and excellent customer service across a busy facility.

You will drive staff development, contribute to rostering, procedures and open/close routines while maintaining water quality and plant room operations to a high standard.
