The Salvation Army is seeking an Assertive Outreach Support Worker in Perth to provide mobile outreach and support services to people experiencing homelessness. You will assess needs, connect clients with housing and health services, and advocate within a trauma-informed framework.

This fixed-term role offers stability through to 30 June 2027 with potential extension. You’ll work in a agile team, maintain records, and participate in multi-agency collaborations to improve long-term housing
