The Role
As a Program Coordinator for Health and Physical Education (HPE), you will work collaboratively within our Senior Leadership Team to provide leadership within the school and the community. Ideally, you will develop and promote the school's vision and work with your own team, and across the college, to build shared ownership of the action required to deliver on our school's vision and goals. In this role, you would provide clarity, direction and support to your team and intentionally build capacity and cohesion within and amongst staff. You would take an active role in the ongoing development and implementation of a positive and caring learning environment across the HPE Department. As the Program Coordinator, you would have responsibility for the HPE Learning Area, and general school administration. Key to your success in this role would be your Interpersonal Acumen and ability to build productive respectful relationships with staff and students alike.

Eligibility
- be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
- hold registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia
- obtain a valid Working With Children Check before you start; and
- consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education’s Screening Unit before you start.
