Working directly with Partners and senior advisors, you will be able to move beyond simple preparation of tax returns to become a genuine adviser to clients while building a rewarding long-term career. The firm's clients are predominantly high net wealth individuals, family groups and privately owned businesses who value trusted advice, strong relationships and long-term partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns and compliance obligations
- Develop skills to deliver tax planning, business advisory and strategic advice
- Develop robust and lasting client relationships
- Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and business performance
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the firm
About you
- CA or CPA qualification (or close to completion)
- 3+ years' public practice experience
- Demonstrated technical taxation and business advisory skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Ambition to continue developing professionally and take on leadership responsibilities
