What your day could look likeAs Senior EdLinQ Coordinator, you'll play a key role in improving mental health outcomes for children and young people by strengthening partnerships between schools, families, health professionals, and community services. From driving early intervention strategies to building capability across education and health settings, you'll help create lasting, positive change for young people in the region.Every day, you'll contribute by:Building strong pathways that connect students with the right mental health support at the right time.Partnering with schools, clinicians, and community stakeholders to deliver coordinated and person-centred care.Leading mental health promotion, prevention, and early intervention initiatives that improve wellbeing and access to support.Driving service improvement, workforce capability, and evidence-informed practices that strengthen outcomes for young people and families.Let's talk about you!You're someone who combines clinical expertise with genuine care for young people and their communities. The impact you create is measured not just in services delivered, but in opportunities created for young people to thrive.Here's what will help you thrive in this role:Relevant registration, membership, or qualified certification in an allied health discipline.Experience in child, youth, or mental health services, with a strong understanding of early intervention approaches.Highly developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills across diverse settings.Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, influence change, and support continuous improvement.You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience working across education and health sectors and/or experience delivering training, supervision,
