Local Council on Sydney's Lower North Shore is seeking a Development Compliance Officer for a 6 month contract with view to extend. You will investigate compliance matters, enforce regulations, and support the Swimming Pool and environmental acts.
The role requires tertiary qualifications in Building Surveying or current enrollment, a valid driver's license, and knowledge of relevant Acts. In office parking is available; salary is $60-$70 per hour plus super, with extension based on performance.
