Koko Black is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Team Leader to coordinate and support the kitchen team in preparing the foundations of our handcrafted chocolates. This role is an afternoon shift, 3:00pm–11:06pm, Monday to Friday, reporting to the Afternoon Shift Manager.
You will oversee daily production, ensure safety, quality, and efficient prep in a rapid-paced environment. You will lead by example, develop capability across the team, and ensure all ingredients and processes meet approved standards
