We're Looking For
An experienced Administration Manager ready to make their mark in one of Stockland's busy retail centres. In this full time permanent role, you'll take ownership of the centre's financial and administrative performance, lead a customer focused team and play a key role in driving operational excellence and commercial outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Lead the financial and administrative operations of the centre
- Manage billing, debtors, reconciliations and rent reviews
- Oversee accounts payable, purchase orders and recoveries
- Maintain accurate financial records and reporting
- Lead a team of administration and customer service professionals
- Partner with offshore finance teams to deliver results
- Improve processes and drive operational excellence

You're someone who enjoys taking ownership and making things happen. You thrive in fast paced environments where you can solve problems, improve processes and drive outcomes. With strong financial administration expertise and a willingness to learn, you'll bring curiosity,
adaptability and a solutions focused approach to everything you do.
Experience & Skills That Count
- Strong financial administration, billing and reconciliation experience
- Confident managing accounts payable, receivable and debtor processes
- Ability to interpret leases, contracts and commercial agreements
- Experience with financial systems such as SAP or the aptitude to learn quickly
- Proven ability to improve processes and adapt to changing priorities
