Job Description:We're looking for an experienced and motivated Return to Work Specialist / Senior Case Manager to support injured workers through their recovery and help achieve safe, timely, and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.Working within DXC's self-insurance Workers' Compensation operation, you'll manage a caseload of complex claims while collaborating closely with injured workers, employers, insurers, and medical providers to deliver positive and compliant RTW solutions.This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about injury management, stakeholder engagement, and making a real impact on people's working lives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of workers' compensation claims from end to end, ensuring timely and effective case outcomesDevelop, implement, and monitor tailored return-to-work plans for injured workersLiaise with injured workers, employers, treating practitioners, and insurers to coordinate recovery and RTW strategiesCoordinate suitable duties and workplace modifications to support safe and sustainable return to workEnsure compliance with relevant Workers' Compensation legislation and guidelinesIdentify barriers to return to work and proactively manage risks to achieve optimal outcomesProvide guidance and support to junior case managers and team membersMaintain accurate case notes, documentation, and system recordsPromote early intervention and recovery-at-work best practicesContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the claims management teamAbout YouProven experience in Return to Work, Injury Management, Claims Management,



or Workers' Compensation — ideally in a senior or complex case management capacityStrong understanding of Workers' Compensation legislation and RTW frameworksDemonstrated ability to manage a diverse caseload of complex claims with competing prioritiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilityExperience mentoring or supporting less experienced team members is highly regardedAllied health background (e.g. rehabilitation counselling, physiotherapy, occupational therapy) highly regarded but not essentialRelevant tertiary qualifications in a related field are desirableOur culture and benefitsDXC is committed to building better futures for our customers, colleagues, workplace, and communities.
