What your day could look likeAs a Clinical Nurse - Child and Family Health, you'll play an important role in supporting children and families to achieve the best possible start in life. From delivering holistic care and early intervention support to working closely with families and multidisciplinary teams, you'll contribute to healthier communities and positive lifelong outcomes.Every day, you'll contribute by:Providing advanced assessment, care planning and support that strengthens the health, wellbeing and development of children and families.Building trusted partnerships with families, carers and health professionals to coordinate seamless, person-centred care.Leading health promotion and education initiatives that empower families to make informed decisions and achieve positive outcomes.Supporting quality improvement, mentoring colleagues and contributing to a culture of safe, contemporary and evidence-based practice.Let's Talk About YouYou're a registered nurse who combines clinical expertise with genuine compassion. Guided by compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage, you bring a positive and cooperative approach to everything you do.Here's what will help you thrive in this role:Current registration as a Registered Nurse and a postgraduate qualification in Child and Family Health Nursing.Strong clinical assessment, care coordination and case management skills within child and family health practice.Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.Commitment to continuous learning,
