Due to the continual growth of our organisation, we are currently seeking an Ophthalmic Product Specialist for Queensland to join our growing team with a particular key focus on our BVI IOL portfolio.
About the position
An exciting opportunity exists for a professional motivated ophthalmic industry specialist to represent a leading portfolio of ophthalmic products across Queensland, in particular BVI IOL's . Key Responsibilities
Sell and provide clinical support focusing on BVI IOLs
Promote and sell our exclusive ophthalmic brands - BVI, Hurricane, and PMS
Engage with existing and new customers to build strong relationships and networks
Assist customers with both specific and general product requirements
Use McFarlane's CRM to keep accurate customer account information
Provide product information, demonstrations and training to customers
Attend exhibitions, conferences, and other events as required
Bring with you:
Expertise and clinical knowledge of Ophthalmics and IOL's
Existing customers and relationships with Surgeons, Nurses and their teams
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Acute competitive commercial acumen and sales capability
Self-motivation and the enthusiasm and drive to work independently
