Our client is an established events business based in Melbourne's north. Their Sales, Operations, Warehouse and Floral teams work closely together – alongside clients, venues, suppliers and contractors – to bring each client's vision to life on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard.
As their floral offering continues to grow, they're investing in a dedicated leader to take the department to the next level.

Reporting to the Directors and working closely with Sales and Operations, you'll be part of a collaborative leadership team with genuine scope to shape the future of the business's floral offering. The role is generally structured around a five-day week, with flexibility and weekend work required in line with the events calendar.

- Team-oriented, detail-focused and flexible to work weekends as required
- Newly created senior role with the opportunity to shape and grow the Floral Department
- Direct reporting line to the Directors and a real voice in product and departmental strategy
Competitive salary package based on skills and experience
Full‑time role generally structured around a five‑day week, in a business that values sustainable workloads
Creative variety across client events, new product ranges and marketing initiatives
