You will oversee a team of nurses and care staff, ensure secure, high‑quality, person‑centred care, and drive clinical governance and continuous improvement.

This 12‑month fixed-term role offers Monday–Friday, with opportunities for acting Residential Manager responsibilities and strong career growth.
