EVT Limited is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Lovedale Brewbar, Room Service and Pool Bar within the Rydges Hunter Valley resort. You will direct menu planning, food preparation, and service standards to deliver exceptional experiences for guests.

You will recruit and manage a high-performing team, ensure WHS and food safety compliance, control costs, and maintain consistency across outlets in a rapid-paced environment.
