TAG is looking for a motivated, organised and commercially minded Account Manager to join our supportive team based in Hoppers Crossing.

This is a varied role suited to an experienced recruitment professional with a background in blue-collar labour hire, particularly warehousing. You'll be responsible for delivering quality recruitment outcomes, managing client relationships, coordinating workforce requirements and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop recent business across multiple clients and sites within Victoria.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening and selecting suitable candidates for warehouse and blue collar and white collar roles
- Manage client job orders, prioritising vacancies and ensuring quality and timely placements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular face-to-face visits and ongoing communication
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and introduce additional recruitment and labour hire solutions
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking and developing new client relationships
- Coordinate candidate rostering and workforce allocation to meet client requirements
- Monitor candidate attendance and performance, addressing issues promptly
- Maintain accurate candidate records, onboarding documentation and compliance requirements
- Track recruitment targets, KPIs and operational performance
- Work collaboratively with the wider TAG team to deliver excellent client service and achieve business objectives

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Experience in ecruitment, particularly warehousing and logistics preferred
- Robust client relationship management and customer service skills
- Confidence generating new business and identifying growth opportunities
- Excellent organisation,



time management and prioritisation skills
- Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Experience with FastTrack and Ento highly regarded
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with clients, candidates and stakeholders at all levels
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Availability throughout the December–January peak period, with no planned leave during the Christmas blackout
