Mosaic Hotel & SANFL High Performance Centre in Adelaide seeks an experienced Catering Manager to establish and grow a recent catering offering across the precinct. You will lead the functions kitchen team, develop menus and oversee delivery from planning through execution.

Reporting to the Head Chef, you will combine culinary excellence with commercial acumen to deliver standout events for corporate, sporting and community clients, while driving profitability and guest satisfaction.
