Bunnings is seeking an experienced HR skilled to join the People Advisory team at the National Support Office in Burnley. You will be the first point of contact, providing employment relations advice and solutions to leaders and team members nationwide.
Reporting to the People Advisory Team Leader, you’ll champion grievances and investigations, interpret industrial instruments, ensure legislative compliance, and help mitigate risk while supporting a large, diverse workforce.
