Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards / Remuneration & Benefits Specialist for a 7-month fixed term contract. In this role, you will drive compensation and benefits programs across ANZ, supporting annual reward cycles, market benchmarking, and total rewards projects.
Conduct market analysis and salary survey submissions to keep remuneration competitive and aligned with industry trends.
Strategic Projects: Support regional total rewards initiatives, benefits administration, and vendor management across health, leave, and retirement plans.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to advise on reward policies and program execution.
About you
Experience in remuneration and benefits across Australia or New Zealand (multi-site or retail experience ideal but not necessary). Expertise in market benchmarking, job evaluation, and perks administration. Solid knowledge of ANZ labor statutory requirements (Enterprise Agreement experience is a plus).
