- Understand the numbers, from labour and cost management to revenue, budgets and profitability.
- Know how to recruit, develop and retain strong teams.
- Can confidently lead service while also looking at the bigger commercial picture.
- Take accountability, communicate openly and follow through.
- Want to contribute ideas, challenge the status quo and make a meaningful impact.
