We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Site Administrator to join our Mackay Operations team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Based from our Mackay office, this local role will also provide site-based support during shutdowns and outages as required. Mackay local and a flexibility to work varied rosters is essential.
Key responsibilities will include.
- Weekly invoicing and client claims
- Procurement and purchase order management
- Cost tracking and variance analysis
- Credit card reconciliation
- Daily timesheet entry and weekly payroll for 40+ employees
- Admin support to site manager and project team
- Travel and medical bookings
- Assist with site compliance and onboarding

- Mining Experience preferred but not essential
