About the role:

Join a collaborative digital product squad whereyou'llhelp solve meaningful customer and business challenges through evidence-based problem solving and discovery. Working closely with Product, Design,Engineeringand stakeholders,you'lluncover customer needs, shapesolutionsand translate insights into clear, prioritised outcomes that deliver value. This is an opportunity to influence digital experiences, support product discovery and contribute to customer-centred innovation within a highly cooperative environment.

Key responsibilities:

Partner with Product, Design,Engineeringand stakeholders to understand customer and business problems, desiredoutcomesand success measures.

Lead discovery activities including data analysis, processmappingandjourney mapping.Support others intheir researchand assumption testing.

Document,raise anddiscuss hypothesestoensurea commonunderstandingacross your team aroundknownrequirements,assumptionsand risks.

Synthesise customer,businessand data insights toidentifyandneeds,



opportunities,constraintsand root causes.

Translate discovery outcomes into epics, user stories, businessrulesand well-defined acceptance criteria.

Facilitate backlog refinement and help teams make informed decisions around priorities, dependencies,risksand trade-offs.

Collaborate with UX/UI and Engineering teams to support customer journeys, prototyping, usabilitytestingand solution delivery.

Skills and experience:

You'll bring:

Strong business analysis experience within Agile digital product environments.

Experiencethrough theend toendsoftware delivery lifecycle:product discovery,definition,deliveryandbenefits realisation.

Strong journey mapping, process mapping, storymappingand requirements analysis capabilities.

The ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative evidence to inform recommendations and decision-making.

Excellent stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and communication skills across business and technical teams.

Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence,Miroand Figma.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Business,Economicsor a related disciplineis preferable.

Relevant Business Analysis certifications.
