Digital Six is a full-stack digital agency. Our creative department is growing, and we're looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to join our day to day. We’re after someone who knows that organic is the hardest game in social to get right. No budget to hide behind, no shortcut to reach, only strategy, instinct, and a real understanding of what makes a brand worth following. What you'll do

- Own organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube
- Build content that earns reach instead of buying it, and understand the mechanics behind why it lands
- Read engagement and audience data to find what actually grows a following (not only what gets a comment)
- Test relentlessly. Hooks, formats, cadence and move on fast from what doesn't work
- Run community management that turns followers into genuine brand affinity
- Help brands across wildly different industries find, understand and own their niche




- Catch platform shifts early and move before everyone else doesCarry multiple client accounts at once without letting any of them go quiet
- Give clients honest, useful direction, the kind that earns trust over time
