Role Overview

The Station Manager oversees the daily operations of the repair shop, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer standards. This role focuses on delivering high-quality MRO and GSE services while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability.

You:

- Practical experience in Part 145, MRO field.
- Demonstrable experience in Output/Productivity control




- P&L; management and efficiency
- Supervisory and staff development experience
- Strong business acumen, communication and negotiation skills with customers and suppliers.
