The Role

You will be reporting to the Head of People & Culture, partnering with leaders across our Shared Services functions, including Finance, IT, Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D;, Nutrition, Customer Operations, Safety, Quality and Engineering in our Brisbane Head office.

You’ll combine strategic thinking with practical HR expertise to strengthen engagement, performance and talent outcomes, while aligning local priorities with our national people strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with leaders to deliver practical people solutions aligned with business priorities and the people strategy.
- Coach leaders across performance, talent, recruitment, remuneration, development, workforce matters and organisational change.




- Manage complex employee and industrial relations matters, including investigations, performance improvement and formal outcomes.
- Lead the annual people cycle across Shared Services, including objectives, development, remuneration, engagement insights and action planning.
- Lead key People & Culture projects and continuous improvement initiatives, including organisational design, HRIS implementation and leadership development.

About You

You’re a trusted and commercially minded People & Culture partner who builds strong relationships, handles complexity with confidence and turns people strategy into practical outcomes.

- Proven experience as a People & Culture Business Partner, ideally supporting diverse Shared Services functions.
- Strong capability in complex employee relations, investigations and change management.
- Demonstrated success delivering strategic people initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Confident influencing and building trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, supported by strong project management and organisational skills is preferred
